On Thursday, March 26th, Gusto Noosa presents five carefully crafted courses paired with five distinctive wines from this acclaimed region. Guided by our sommelier Dale Potts, you’ll discover Nannygoat’s organic, single-vineyard collection—from their signature Pinot Noir with its “powerful and unique elegance” to their beautifully balanced Chardonnay and Pinot Gris.
Each wine tells the story of Queensberry’s extreme terroir, where winemaker Alan Peters-Oswald pursues his vision of “the perfect Pinot” on ancient glacial terraces shaped by the Clutha River. Scorching summer days give way to near-freezing nights, creating wines of extraordinary intensity and distinction.
